A KEY FACT FOR A GROWING COUNTRY

Schooling in Lagos can be quite challenging for kids: old structures, inadequate facilities and, to top it off, often stuck in areas where traffic is hectic. Our aim is to provide top-notch structures and facilities while bringing in the very best to operate it so that schooling can be turned from challenging to fun!

The international school will start operating from the academic year 2016 commencing in September 2016. It will cater from pre-school to year 13 offering national curriculum of England with IB as a graduating option. The total planned capacity for the school is approx 1,400 students across 60 classrooms, having 4 sections per grade of 24 students in each classroom across Primary and Secondary grade levels. Pre school will have a maximum of 20 students each classroom. Facilities such us football, basketball and swimming pool are part of the project and will function as a community hub, extending the use of its premises post school hours, for the wider benefit of the community, for education, sports and recreational activities. Project is expected to achieved enrolment levels of 20% in year 1 to 70% in year 5.

Plot location: in the heart of EKO ATLANTIC ECONOMIC CITY. Walking distance from Eko EEE, Shopping Mall, Business District and International Hospital.

Plot size: 27,000 sqm (with possibility to expand - 14,000 sqm)

Built up area: approx 160,000sqm. Phase I construction will start in Sept. 2015.

APG Helthcare Limited together with its partner Medica Synergia will lead the construction and the management of the first international high standard hospital in Lagos.

  • Phase I will see the construction of a 24,000 metres built up area on a plot of land of 20,000 sqm (with the possibility to expand)
  • Plan for 300-bed multi-speciality hospital to cater to secondary and tertiary cares requirements
  • 25 Outpatients departments (OPDs) to cater to about 1,000 patients per day at peak capacity
  • From 450 to 891 doctors daily involved
