The design, construction and functionality of our apartments are the key factors creating an estate focusing on a family-friendly environment. In this light we are ready to listen to the individual needs of each of our clients and accommodate their wishes. Our construction strategy is based on a flexible modular system where we can easily build apartments and facilities of varying sizes.

SHUTTLE SERVICES

Eko Energy Estate's unique location, situated between the channel entrance of Lagos harbour and the ocean waterfront in Victoria Island, is easily reachable by road or waterways and provides the convenience of quick access anywhere in Lagos.

Transport to and from Lagos airport can be by bus or helicopter using the estate's own helipad, while getting around town will be easier using the lagoon.

DEDICATED TRANSIT SUITES

To facilitate lodging for all personnel who do not need to travel to Ikoyi and Victoria Island (i.e. staff using Lagos only as a transit base before connecting to another flight) we will build Dedicated Transit Suites in a convenient location near both airports in Ikeja. The Suites will be an ideal solution that will save clients on travel time as well as reduce security risks associated with transportation early in the morning or late at night..

GUEST RESIDENCE INN

We will also build a Guest Residence Inn within our Eko Energy Estate. The Residence Inn is intended to host guests who need to stay longer than just one night and, most likely, need to conduct their business meetings in the heart of the city. Once again our aim is to offer the most logical, feasible and secure solution for our clients.

SPORTS AND RECREATIONAL FACILITIES

We will take care of your free time with a variety of activities for all ages. With beautiful views of the Lagos oceanfront harbour, residents can enjoy a high standard of living with all the amenities to make life better and more enjoyable during leisure time. Swimming pools, spas, tennis courts, squash courts, multipurpose sport areas and a gym are all part of the facilities we are planning to set up for you and your family.

We want Eko Energy Estate to be completely safe for you and your family. Our concept of security is focused on your life and the ones you love, therefore Eko Energy Estate will have fire alarms, carbon monoxide sensors, gas leakage sensors, special emergency lights, panic buttons for each house, alarm systems, digital CCTV that can be controlled both locally and from abroad, and many other features that we currently employ in our existing estates.

WEEKEND BEACH RESORT

We fully understand that once in a while you will want to escape from the city hence we are planning to construct the very first five star "Beach Hut" as we call them in Lagos. The honest truth is that we are designing a Weekend Beach Resort that can provide all the services you need for either a quick weekend getaway or location to entertain your clients. Transportation to and from the Beach Resort will be via our waterway taxi system and all of our services will be included in this new secret hideaway.
